ACCOMMODATION
Participants may make their own accommodation arrangements by booking hotel rooms directly according to their preferences. Alternatively, upon request, the Organizing Committee will be pleased to assist participants in reserving hotel accommodation. Such bookings can be arranged only on advance payment, and participants will be charged only the actual room tariff quoted by the respective hotel, without any additional service charges from the Organizing Committee.

Rooms will be arranged in convenient hotels located close to the conference venue, subject to availability.
Prior Request Required
Participants are advised to send their accommodation request early, mentioning the number of guests and required dates of stay.
Advance Payment
Accommodation will be confirmed after availability is verified and the applicable charges are paid in advance.
Important: Hotel accommodation is subject to availability. Room confirmation will be provided only after receipt of the advance payment corresponding to the actual room tariff quoted by the respective hotel. Participants requiring assistance are encouraged to submit their accommodation requests well in advance to facilitate suitable arrangements.
